Ltd. and our demand for justice, “Mr. Bhowmik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the management of North East Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. is agreeable to pay whatever amount to which the concerned workmen are entitled to if the issues referred to the Industrial Tribunal are answered in favor of the workmen and against the management.”
“Since the management has expressed its desire to settle the matter by making payment to the concerned workmen, as indicated above, Sri Prasenjit Chakraborty, the Respondent No.4, who has appeared in person, shall apprise this Court on the next date fixed about the following :
1) How many workmen are concerned in the reference proceeding ;
2) Whether any workman has given up their claim challenging the retrenchment, if so, howmany workmen still have the claim;
